Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional yet fun environment with significant opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing personal lines accounts, managing renewals, and contributing to new business sales.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, with a 20% commission on new business. Exceptional candidates may be considered for higher compensation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts with premiums ranging from $1.2M to $1.7M.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Quote and process new and renewal business.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using the EPIC management system.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those newer to the industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC or similar insurance management systems preferred.
