Personal or Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal or Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a small, community-oriented agency. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients in a supportive and personalized environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $45,000 - $72,000 (depending on experience) + commission & bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Manage and service Personal Lines or Commercial Lines accounts, with the opportunity to learn and transition between the two.
- Utilize agency management software to maintain accurate client records and process transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and team members to resolve inquiries and provide solutions.
- Work independently and efficiently in a small team environment, contributing to the agency's mission of personalized, community-focused service.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with TAM software is preferred; willingness to learn Epic software is required.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A team player who thrives in a small, collaborative environment.
