Job Summary

Seeking two dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join a growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a smaller agency with a family-oriented atmosphere, handling complex accounts, including national and international clients. The ideal candidates will have experience in servicing personal and commercial accounts, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a fully on-site position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to personal and commercial accounts.
  • Handle daily account servicing tasks, including policy changes, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and other client requests.
  • Assist with quoting new and renewal business.
  • Utilize EzLynx software to manage accounts efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met promptly and accurately.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Open to candidates with 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EzLynx software preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, family-oriented work environment.
