Personal/Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative
Seeking experienced and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join a growing insurance agency team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, insurance servicing experience, and a passion for helping clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with policy servicing, billing questions, and claims support
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and virtual communication
- Maintain accurate client records and agency documentation
- Work within agency management systems and carrier platforms
- Support both Commercial and Personal Lines accounts
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Life & Health license preferred
- 4+ years of insurance customer service experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning and using agency systems/software
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
