Personal/Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative

Seeking experienced and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join a growing insurance agency team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, insurance servicing experience, and a passion for helping clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy servicing, billing questions, and claims support
• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and virtual communication
• Maintain accurate client records and agency documentation
• Work within agency management systems and carrier platforms
• Support both Commercial and Personal Lines accounts
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Life & Health license preferred
• 4+ years of insurance customer service experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning and using agency systems/software
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
