Compensation Package

• Compensation Structure: Commission-based (1099 position)

Responsibilities

• Act as a "hunter" to identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on niche markets such as contractors, townhomes, homeowners, or generalist accounts.
• Collaborate with the internal service team to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
• Utilize tools such as HawkSoft and Agency Zoom to manage leads and track progress.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the agency's growth.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an independent insurance agency.
• Skills:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Coachable and trainable with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HawkSoft and Agency Zoom is preferred.
• Location: Must reside in North Carolina or South Carolina.
