Personal Lines Practice Leader

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Practice Leader to join a team. This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the personal lines division within an organization. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will oversee personal lines accounts, including auto, home, and renters insurance, while driving service excellence, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee personal lines accounts, including auto, home, and renters insurance.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives to connect clients with additional services.
  • Quote new and renewal business, maintaining a 50/50 balance between the two.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in personal lines insurance (5+ years preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with carriers such as Western, Safeco, Progressive, and Westfield is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A client-focused mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
