Job Summary

Seeking motivated and dynamic Personal Lines Producers to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about building relationships, developing referral partnerships, and growing their own book of business. As a Personal Lines Producer, you will focus on selling standard personal lines insurance while also learning to navigate high-net-worth accounts.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Commission Structure: Competitive commission plan

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral partnerships to develop a robust book of business.
• Leverage house leads initially, transitioning to self-generated leads over time.
• Sell standard personal lines insurance policies, with opportunities to expand into high-net-worth accounts.
• Develop and execute strategies to secure larger accounts with multiple lines of coverage.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to better serve clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in insurance quoting and policy management software is a plus.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a remote work environment.
