Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional Lines Broker/Engineered Property Broker to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in underwriting and brokering property accounts across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineered property underwriting and professional lines, with a focus on production and client relationship management.

Compensation Package

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

Underwrite and broker property accounts with a focus on middle-market retail brokerages.
Manage accounts with an average premium of $150,000.
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet production goals and deliver exceptional service.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience: 4+ years of experience in engineered property underwriting and professional lines.
Skills:
- Strong underwriting and brokering expertise.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software systems.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
