Senior Claims Specialist - Multi-Line Adjuster

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Specialist - Multi-Line Adjuster to join a dynamic team. This role involves handling a variety of claims, including General Liability, Commercial Auto, Property Damage, Bodily Injury, and Litigation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in claims management, coverage knowledge, and a proactive approach to resolving complex cases.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 100-125 claims, including litigation cases.
• Handle claims across multiple lines, including General Liability, Commercial Auto, Property Damage, Liability, Total Loss, and Bodily Injury.
• Conduct thorough investigations, evaluate coverage, and determine liability.
• Collaborate with legal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all claim activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling General Liability, Commercial Auto, Property Damage, Liability, Total Loss, Bodily Injury, and Litigation claims.
• Active Adjuster License is required.
• Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and claims processes.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varying claim types.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
