Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is critical to managing a robust book of business, collaborating with producers, and ensuring the seamless handling of both complex and standard accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, with a preference for experience in construction-related accounts. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: Up to $90,000–$95,000 annually (negotiable for exceptional candidates)

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with approximately $3 million in premium.
• Collaborate closely with producers to handle a balance of complex and standard accounts.
• Quote and manage both new and renewal business.
• Utilize EPIC software to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert guidance to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a similar role, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in construction-related accounts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
