Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts, working closely with the President to ensure exceptional client service and account management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in commercial lines insurance and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Commission: Opportunities for referrals and cross-selling
- Bonus: Performance-based bonuses tied to book of business (new and renewal)

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting, renewals, and endorsements (20% new business, 80% renewals).
- Collaborate with the President to manage their book of business, providing proactive support and follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
- Utilize agency management systems such as EPIC, Total CSR, Cover Flow, and CSR24 to manage accounts efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, carrier products, and market conditions to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines account management, with a focus on mid-to-large accounts. Candidates with less experience but significant expertise in large accounts will also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and other agency management systems is preferred.
