Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager (EBAM)

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager (EBAM) to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role is integral to supporting the consultants and ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional service to the clients. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in employee benefits, a strong work ethic, and a passion for fostering teamwork and professional growth. This is a hybrid position, requiring two days per week in the office.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 (flexible based on experience)
  • 401(k): Competitive plan offered

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service and support to consultants (Account Executives) in managing national employee benefits accounts.
  • Handle a variety of benefits plans, including medical, dental, vision, and ancillary, with a focus on self-funded accounts.
  • Assist with quoting new and renewal business.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Utilize tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Salesforce to manage and organize account information.
  • Potentially travel to visit clients as needed (not required).

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Life & Health (L&H) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits, with a strong understanding of medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits, as well as self-funded plans.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Salesforce.
