Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned and dedicated Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and supportive team. If you will manage a middle-market book of business with a focus on contractors and construction accounts, providing exceptional service from A-Z. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 (up to $90,000 for exceptional candidates)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a middle-market book of business with $500k+ in revenue.
  • Provide end-to-end service for accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
  • Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes (experience with EPIC is a plus but not required).

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a middle-market book of business, preferably with contractors and construction accounts.
  • Proven ability to handle a $500k-$600k revenue book of business.
  • Strong tenure and a track record of success in similar roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to thrive in a supportive, team-oriented culture that values work-life balance.
