Job Summary

As a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with commercial insurance clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for commercial insurance clients, addressing inquiries and providing support
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals and policy reviews to clients
  • Coordinate renewal processes and provide assistance with claims as needed
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products to existing clients
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in accordance with company policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred
  • Proven track record of exceeding client expectations and meeting sales targets
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage options
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
  • A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required
