Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide expert guidance and support.
- Ensure all client accounts are serviced in accordance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Work closely with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to provide proactive advice to clients.
- Preparation of insurance proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Provide technical expertise and support to junior account management staff.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
