Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Looking for a seasoned and detail-oriented Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a highly successful and collaborative organization.

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $85,000 - $100,000 (based on experience).

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts with premiums ranging from $500,000 to $1,000,000 across various industries and lines of coverage.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle all aspects of account management, including quoting new and renewal business, policy changes, and coverage assessments.
  • Collaborate with producers to support their efforts in writing new business while focusing solely on service responsibilities.
  • Work with a variety of carriers, including Hartford, Travelers, and Cincinnati, to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
  • Utilize and adapt to software systems such as Applied Epic and Zywave (training provided if necessary).

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial insurance account management experience.
  • Strong background in handling large accounts and a deep understanding of commercial lines.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Proficiency in managing complex accounts and working with multiple carriers.
  • Familiarity with Applied Epic and Zywave is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, personable, and team-focused.
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Stable work history with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
