Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and driven Wholesale Broker to join a innovative and rapidly growing team. You will play a pivotal role in building and scaling your book of business while contributing to the growth and success of the company. Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $100,000+ (depending on experience)
  • Commission: 35% commission on first dollar and across the board, with potential for increased commission as your book scales
  • Location: Nationwide remote opportunities available, with offices in New York, Miami, and Houston

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management to set and achieve quarterly revenue and agency appointment goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail brokers to grow the submission pipeline.
  • Utilize our proprietary system to assist retail brokers in finding coverage, managing the process from submission to binding.
  • Negotiate competitive quotes with carriers to secure optimal coverage for clients.
  • Actively contribute to the growth and development of the company by taking on diverse responsibilities as needed in a startup environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing broker relationships at a national or regional level in the wholesale Excess & Surplus (E&S) market.
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and surplus lines license (nationwide preferred but not required).
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial E&S markets and coverage, particularly in commercial property and general liability.
  • Proven ability to build and scale a book of business, with strong client and underwriting relationships.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
