I manage onboarding/offboarding, access, devices, day-to-day troubleshooting, and whatever the next operational curveball may be. I take pride in creating simple processes that empower our people to work efficiently and stay connected. As a DC native now in Philly, I’ve enjoyed trading a constantly shifting scene for a community that feels grounded in family and tradition. Outside of work, I'm a proud husband.
