Form 1095-C Distribution Notice
As an Applicable Large Employer (ALE) under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), The Jonus Group provides employees with an annual Form 1095-C, which reports health coverage information for tax purposes.
Employees will receive their Form 1095-C electronically through the ADP system.
If you prefer to receive a printed copy by mail, please email hr@jonusgroup.com to request one. Printed forms will be mailed by January 31st, 2026, or within 30 days of your request, whichever is later.
The Jonus Group complies with all ACA reporting requirements and the Paperwork Reduction Act.
