He also supports wholesale recruiting efforts throughout the Central Market, partnering with agencies, brokerages, and specialty firms to build high-performing teams that drive measurable growth. Prior to transitioning into search, Anthony worked as an insurance agent focused primarily on commercial and farm insurance, with additional experience supporting personal lines clients. This firsthand industry background gives him a practical understanding of agency operations, client expectations, and the realities producers and service teams face daily, insight that strengthens his ability to identify and place talent that truly fits. Anthony approaches search with a consultative, relationship-first mindset. He serves as a Village Councilman for South Amherst, advocating for responsible growth and community development, and serves on the board of the Lorain County Farm Bureau, supporting local agriculture and rural advocacy efforts. Anthony is actively involved in his church’s young adult ministry and has a strong passion for missionary work, both domestically and internationally.
