Austin Reyes

​I come from a diverse background that has shaped my approach to leadership, teamwork, and helping others succeed. I began my career as a collegiate linebacker, which later led me into coaching as an Assistant Linebackers Coach at the collegiate level. I eventually moved into high school coaching, where I served as a Co-Defensive Coordinator and positions coach. During my time in coaching, I also built experience in the insurance industry as a producer. That combination of coaching and sales ultimately led me into my current role as a recruiter in the insurance space. Today, I use what I learned both as a producer and as a coach to help people find the opportunities that fit them best. I believe strongly in putting people in positions where they can thrive, grow, and build long-term success. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors. I love training my Berne doodle, Rocky—who enjoys playing fetch, giving high fives, and even dancing with me when I’m singing while cleaning the house. I also enjoy playing golf, hiking, pickleball, working out, and paddle boarding, which I’m lucky enough to do almost year-round here in Arizona.
