​Chris Aguilar is a seasoned Senior Recruiter with over 2 decades of experience in talent acquisition, currently specialized in recruiting top Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, and Employee Benefits talent for independent insurance agencies across the Midwest and Central U.S. Before joining The Jonus Group, Chris helped build and scale high-volume recruitment teams for national organizations and boutique staffing firms. Known for his relationship-driven approach, sharp market insight, and relentless commitment to quality, Chris partners closely with clients and candidates to create long-term, successful placements. Outside of recruiting, he’s a Miami native, dog dad, and proud staple of the South Florida LGBTQ+ community and their philanthropic non-profit organizations.
