​A native of the Philadelphia area and a proud Temple University graduate, I specialize in recruiting across Michigan and Indiana, bringing a deep understanding of the unique needs and dynamics of cities such as Detroit, Lansing, Grand Rapids, Fort Wayne, and Indianapolis — as well as the smaller towns that make each state distinctive. I leverage strong regional connections and insider market knowledge to identify and attract top candidates who align with my clients’ specific goals. My approach is client-first: I adapt to each client’s preferred style of communication and collaboration to ensure the most effective and efficient partnership possible. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the Jersey Shore (especially Long Beach Island), relaxing with family and friends, golfing, cooking, and tending to my landscaping and gardening projects around the house.
