I’ve spent the past 14 years in the staffing industry because I genuinely love connecting people with opportunities that change their lives. My journey started in sales as an individual contributor, focused on building lasting relationships, solving complex hiring challenges, and becoming a true partner to my clients. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow into leadership roles, mentor incredible teams, and help shape strategic solutions for clients across the country. It’s incredibly rewarding to play a small part in their overall journey.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom to three amazing kids. We love spending time at the beach, playing golf, and enjoying the everyday moments together. I’m a proud North Carolina native and truly value the close-knit community we have here, and the balance between work and family that it allows me to maintain.
