Melissa Kreps

​People have always fascinated me, which is why I gravitated toward HR. I’m passionate about building inclusive, engaging cultures that drive retention and performance. At The Jonus Group, I lead HR strategy, talent acquisition, and training—partnering with leadership to create scalable processes that support our growing team.

Previously, I expanded HR functions at Contemporary Staffing Solutions and increased employee retention by 20%, earning multiple Top Workplace awards. I was also a finalist for the 2020 Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year. Outside of work, I love traveling and experimenting with gluten-free baking that doesn’t taste gluten-free!
