​I’m a North Carolina native specializing in recruiting top talent in North and South Carolina for the insurance industry. I focus on connecting strong agencies with high-performing candidates across commercial lines, personal lines, and employee benefits. I have a background in insurance sales, so I understand the importance of covering risk and the people who go behind the policy. I now partner closely with both clients and candidates to create long-term fits—not just quick placements. I take pride in being responsive, honest, and easy to work with throughout the process. Outside of work, I enjoy fitness, golf, cooking, and spending time with my dog.
