​I began my journey with Jonus as a recruiter, and over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow with the company—taking on new challenges, learning every part of the business, and ultimately stepping into the role of Chief Operating Officer. Today, I oversee the day-to-day operations that keep our teams running smoothly and our clients and candidates supported nationwide.

My approach is all about continuous improvement: refining processes, creating structure, and building systems that empower our people to do their best work. I’ve been with Jonus for many years, and what’s kept me here is simple—the people, the culture, and the drive to keep building something great.

When I'm not working, I enjoy woodworking, tackling home projects, and spending time with my wife. Whether I’m organizing a team strategy or crafting something in the garage, I’m always focused on building with intention.
