What is the best piece of advice you ever received?:  The only thing you can control in life is yourself.

What is your strangest work moment?: When I worked in retail a customer asked me if they could purchase a packet of underwear, test them out for 30 days, and then return them ‘if they didn’t like the feel of them’.
