Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agency Claims Advocate to join a team. This role is integral to the operations, focusing on managing agency claims related to workers' compensation, commercial auto, and general liability insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance claims, particularly in the construction and non-profit sectors, and will thrive in a collaborative, flexible, and professional environment.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
  • 401(k): Employer-matched 401(k) plan
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided
  • Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

  • Manage agency claims related to workers' compensation, commercial auto, and general liability insurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient claims processing and resolution.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients in the construction and non-profit sectors.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims and related documentation.
  • Utilize AMS360 software to manage claims and related processes.
  • Work autonomously while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of prior experience in agency or carrier claims.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with claims in the construction and non-profit sectors is highly desirable.
