Agency Claims Advocate
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agency Claims Advocate to join a team. This role is integral to the operations, focusing on managing agency claims related to workers' compensation, commercial auto, and general liability insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance claims, particularly in the construction and non-profit sectors, and will thrive in a collaborative, flexible, and professional environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
- 401(k): Employer-matched 401(k) plan

- Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities
- Manage agency claims related to workers' compensation, commercial auto, and general liability insurance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient claims processing and resolution.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients in the construction and non-profit sectors.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims and related documentation.
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage claims and related processes.
- Work autonomously while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of prior experience in agency or carrier claims.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with claims in the construction and non-profit sectors is highly desirable.
