Personal Lines Associate Client Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Associate Client Representative to join a team. This is a full-time, entry-level position within the Personal Lines department. The successful candidate will provide essential support to Client Managers and Client Advisors by following established workflows and procedures. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $49,600 to $65,100 annually (depending on experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility).

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
  • Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
  • Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
  • Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance, and invoices.
  • Utilize templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications (e.g., BOR, client pre-renewal letters, proposal letters, change requests).
  • Create activities in EPIC and assign them to the appropriate team member.

Additional Responsibilities (as applicable):

  • Retrieve items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE, etc.
  • Generate and send renewal proofs upon request.
  • Perform policy checks and complete checklists.
  • Verify endorsements against requests.
  • Maintain and retrieve documents as needed.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

Work Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Personal Property and Casualty insurance.

Professional Licenses/Certifications:

  • Must be licensed or willing to obtain a state Property & Casualty insurance license within a specified timeframe.

Essential Skills/Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), including basic formatting.
  • Ability to learn and understand coverage fundamentals.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of coworkers and clients.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to find common ground quickly.
  • Eagerness to learn about industry trends, new products, coverage options, and technology.
  • Ability to follow established processes and workflows to achieve solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow effectively.
