Personal Lines Associate Client Representative - Standard / Middle Market
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Associate Client Representative to join a team. In this role, you will provide essential support to Client Managers and Client Advisors by following established workflows and procedures. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate account details, processing policy-related tasks, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to the clients. Compensation Package
- Base Salary Range: $52,000 to $64,200 (depending on experience, qualifications, and business needs).

Responsibilities

Primary Duties:
- Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
- Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
- Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
- Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance, and invoices.
- Leverage templates and system-generated letters/forms to produce standard communications (e.g., BOR, client pre-renewal letters, proposal letters, change requests).
- Create activities in EPIC and assign them to applicable team members.

Additional Duties (as applicable):
- Pull items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE, etc.
- Generate and send renewal proofs upon request.
- Perform policy checks and complete checklists.
- Verify endorsements against requests.
- Maintain and retrieve documents as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements

Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in Personal Property and Casualty insurance.

Licenses/Certifications:
- State Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).

Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) with basic formatting skills.
- Ability to learn and understand insurance coverage fundamentals.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of coworkers and clients.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to find common ground in challenging situations.
