Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Benefits Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring the successful implementation of benefit programs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their benefit needs and provide strategic guidance
- Coordinate the implementation of benefit programs and ensure successful onboarding of clients
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients regarding their benefit plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to ensure clients are provided with the most current information
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations on the status of client accounts
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and expand benefit offerings for clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- 1+ year of health insurance experience required; 2+ years preferred
- Strong understanding of benefit programs and regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license
