Job Summary

The position is remote, with occasional travel required for client meetings and networking events.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
- Work Environment: Remote within Illinois, with all necessary equipment provided
Responsibilities
- Identify and drive new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across various industries, including banking, manufacturing, restaurants, and retail.
- Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored benefits solutions.
- Actively network within the community to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Manage both cold and warm leads to develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Utilize EPIC and Salesforce software to manage client information and sales activities effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Life & Health (L&H) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (1-6 years preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC and Salesforce software.
- Soft Skills: Strong character, ethical mindset, cultural alignment with the organization, and a growth-oriented attitude.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within Illinois for client meetings and relationship-building activities.
