Bonds Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bonds Account Manager to join a team. Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of construction and contract accounts
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with the back-office team to ensure efficient handling of non-licensed administrative work
- Maintain and update client records and documentation in the designated software system
- Support the department head and team in achieving business objectives and targets
Qualifications/Requirements

Active P&C license (required)

Proven experience in managing bonds, construction, and contract accounts

Strong knowledge of quoting processes for new and renewal business
