Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bonds Account Manager to join a team. Reporting directly to the department head, the Bonds Account Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of construction and contract accounts
  • Handle quoting for new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the back-office team to ensure efficient handling of non-licensed administrative work
  • Maintain and update client records and documentation in the designated software system
  • Support the department head and team in achieving business objectives and targets

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Active P&C license (required)

  • Proven experience in managing bonds, construction, and contract accounts

  • Strong knowledge of quoting processes for new and renewal business

  • Proficiency in relevant software systems (specific software experience preferred)
