Compensation Package
- Hourly Rate: $19.00+/hour (depending on experience & qualifications) plus commissions
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining industry-leading service standards.
- Manage and respond to inbound calls and emails daily in a timely and professional manner.
- Demonstrate availability, dependability, and a strong commitment to teamwork.
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong communication, decision-making, time management, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license (support provided).
- Current P&C license or experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
