Our client is seeking a P&C licensed, dedicated, and proactive Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team.

Qualifications

  • Active P&C License
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a small business or B2B context.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of small business clients. Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities. Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions that align with their goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop customized proposals, quotes, and packages that meet the specific requirements of each client. Coordinate the implementation of solutions and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling. Present additional products or services that can add value to the client's business, driving revenue growth for both the client and the company.
  • Provide clients with training and guidance on utilizing products and services effectively. Ensure clients are well-equipped to maximize the benefits of their partnership with the company.
  • Address any challenges or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and indicators for each client's account. Regularly review progress against established goals and develop strategies to enhance client success.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments that could impact clients. Use this information to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, interactions, and account details in the CRM system.
