Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 for Account Managers; $80,000 - $110,000 for Senior Account Managers (commensurate with experience).
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and 401(k) plan.
  • Work Schedule: Flexible work arrangement with optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays. In-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to visit local clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of client accounts across various industries and sizes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle both new and renewal business quotes, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support to clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, including on-site visits as needed, to understand their requirements and provide strategic advice.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date insights and recommendations.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience independently managing a book of business in a client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to handle accounts of varying sizes and industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and alignment with company culture and values.
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients as needed.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience in mid-to-large independent firms or smaller shops.
