## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.

## Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing ongoing support
- Identify new business opportunities within the existing client portfolio and contribute to business development efforts
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate and competitive quotes for clients
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and market changes to provide informed advice to clients
- Analyze and assess clients' risks and coverage requirements, making suitable recommendations
- Prepare and present regular reports to clients, showcasing policy updates, claims status, and relevant industry insights
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and streamline processes

## Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Commercial Account Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and regulations
- Excellent knowledge of Commercial Lines of Business such as Commercial Auto, General Liability, and Workers Comp
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess clients' needs and provide effective solutions
- Proficiency in insurance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant insurance certifications and licenses (e.g., CIC, CISR) are preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
