Commercial Lines Senior Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Executive to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding the portfolio of commercial lines and private equity accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) account management and/or private equity, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional client service, drive growth, and provide innovative solutions.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 + Performance-Based Bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines and private equity accounts, including accounts in contracting, manufacturing, staffing, industrial, and other industries.
- Oversee and grow a book of business, with account revenues ranging from $800,000 to $1 million.
- Conduct account analysis, risk management assessments, cross-selling, cost control, and ensure broker accountability.
- Collaborate with the Senior Account Executive and other team members to develop and implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Prepare and present case studies and business plans during client and internal meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, adapting communication styles to suit both blue-collar and private equity clients.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in P&C account management and/or private equity.
- Active P&C license required for candidates with a P&C background. No licensing required for candidates with a private equity-only background.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts independently, with a forward-thinking and proactive approach.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients, including blue-collar industries and polished private equity firms.
- Experience working with publicly traded companies is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Willingness to travel to Boston HQ once per month and as needed for client meetings.
