Commercial Lines Account Executive
Job Summary
Seeking a highly experienced and client-focused Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a dynamic and growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 per year
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance
- Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client-facing representative for large, complex accounts, including government contractors.
- Develop and implement high-level risk control strategies tailored to client needs.
- Manage layered programs and captives, ensuring optimal client outcomes.
- Provide exceptional client servicing, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to quote and renew business effectively.
- Utilize agency management system to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience managing large, complex accounts.
- Expertise: Knowledge of layered programs, captives, and government contracting is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong client servicing and risk control strategy capabilities.
- Technology: Proficiency in Sagitta and/or EPIC software is a plus.
- Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
