Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a generalist book of business, primarily small to mid-market accounts, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of business with a focus on small to mid-market accounts, including fire department specialties.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Oversee policy renewals, account rounding, and servicing.
- Collaborate with department managers and team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 2-10 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Warm, personable, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
