Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. The successful candidate will manage a generalist book of business, providing comprehensive service to clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (depending on experience) + commission opportunities

Responsibilities
- Manage a $11M generalist book of business with accounts ranging from $6,000 to $8,000 in size.
- Provide end-to-end servicing of commercial lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
- Work with a variety of carriers, including but not limited to Barnstable County Mutual, MAPFRE/Commerce, Safety, Chubb, Travelers, and more.
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance experience.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred; willingness to obtain licensure upon starting is required.
- Proven ability to manage a generalist book of business and handle all aspects of account servicing.
- Strong knowledge of quoting new and renewal business.
- Familiarity with AMS360 software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to client service.
