Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (depending on experience) + commission opportunities

Responsibilities

• Manage a $11M generalist book of business with accounts ranging from $6,000 to $8,000 in size.
• Provide end-to-end servicing of commercial lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
• Work with a variety of carriers, including but not limited to Barnstable County Mutual, MAPFRE/Commerce, Safety, Chubb, Travelers, and more.
• Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance experience.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred; willingness to obtain licensure upon starting is required.
• Proven ability to manage a generalist book of business and handle all aspects of account servicing.
• Strong knowledge of quoting new and renewal business.
• Familiarity with AMS360 software is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to client service.
