Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
A well-established and forward-thinking independent insurance agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and service a book of mid-to-large commercial accounts. This role focuses heavily on real estate and construction clients, while also welcoming generalist commercial experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a commercial lines book of business through full-cycle, A–Z servicing
- Support mid-to-large accounts, with emphasis on real estate and construction industries
- Quote new and renewal business with accuracy and attention to deadlines
- Prepare proposals, policy reviews, certificates, endorsements, and related documentation
- Utilize EPIC or similar agency management software to maintain accurate client records
- Act as liaison between clients and carriers to address coverage questions, changes, and claims support
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure strong retention and client satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Minimum of 4 years of commercial lines account management experience within an independent agency environment
- Experience supporting real estate and construction accounts preferred
- Proficiency in EPIC or similar agency management software
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented setting
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Higher compensation considered for candidates with extensive experience
