Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
- Manage day-to-day client service needs, including policy renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance.
- Analyze client risk exposures and collaborate with clients to tailor insurance solutions.
- Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
- Prepare proposals, policy summaries, and renewal documents to present to clients.
- Partner with insurance carriers to negotiate competitive terms and find the best solutions for client needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
- Identify opportunities to grow and cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients.
- Stay informed of current industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and client-centered service experience.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the commercial insurance field.
- Comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and markets.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships, both with clients and team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with agency management systems is preferred.
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $80K-$85K (based on experience).
