Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and servicing middle-market accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial lines, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This position offers a hybrid work model after an initial 90-day in-office training period.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, focusing on middle-market clients.
  • Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide exceptional client support.
  • Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial lines account management, with a preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly preferred.
