Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and working to renew and upsell insurance policies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and coverage options
  • Analyze policies and recommend appropriate coverage based on client needs
  • Manage policy renewals and upsell additional coverage as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and support marketing efforts

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in commercial insurance
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, policies, and coverage options
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in insurance management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $85K-$100K (based on experience)
