Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a strong background in managing diverse commercial insurance accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in servicing a generalist book of business, which includes contractors, restaurants, bars, and cannabis accounts. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with emerging producers, providing mentorship and support.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a generalist book of business, including contractors, restaurants, bars, and cannabis accounts
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business
• Provide mentorship and support to emerging producers on the team
• Ensure timely and accurate servicing of accounts
• Collaborate with team members to meet client needs and organizational goals

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management
  • Generalist experience with a variety of account types
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred
