Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join a dynamic team. As part of a well-established organization, you will play a key role in supporting various projects and teams, particularly focusing on medium to large construction accounts. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility with 2-3 days per week.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as a floater, assisting with various projects and supporting different teams as needed
• Work on medium to large construction accounts, with a focus on contractors and construction niches
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure seamless service delivery
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working on medium to large construction accounts
• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations are highly valued
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred
• Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are essential
• Work Environment: Ability to work in a hybrid setting, with 2-3 days per week in the office
