Commercial Lines Client Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Client Manager to join a dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid environment with a large, well-established company that values innovation and leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the full client service cycle, including marketing new and renewal business, preparing proposals, and providing quote comparisons.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience and location)

Responsibilities
- Manage the full client service cycle, including marketing new and renewal business.
- Prepare and write proposals, as well as provide detailed quote comparisons.
- Handle accounts ranging from $250,000 to several million in premium.
- Collaborate within a team structure, following a triangle model (Client Representative, Client Manager, Client Executive).
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and other related tasks.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing accounts with premiums of $250,000 to several million.
- Industry Background: Preference for candidates with experience in larger agencies.
- Skills: Strong ability to market new and renewal business, prepare proposals, and manage client relationships.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is preferred.
- Work History: A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.
