Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with insurance inquiries, policies, and claims in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and concerns regarding commercial insurance policies.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and premium payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support new business development and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Handle insurance claims by guiding clients through the process and liaising with insurance adjusters as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
  • Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, regulations, and policy coverage to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant insurance industry experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $50K-$65K (based on experience).
